The Fearlessly Authentic Leadership Awards (FAAF)

Fearlessly authentic leaders change the world.

Fearless authenticity is the conviction to act in alignment with your purpose and principles, while cultivating spaces for others to do the same.

With their grit, determination and swagger, fearlessly authentic individuals and organizations are exercising courage and changing lives. These leaders are needed now more than ever, especially in the business and corporate communities where there is so much potential to affect the type of social change our customers and employees not only demand, but deserve.

Fearless Authenticity in Practice — What the FAAFs Recognize

Fearless authenticity is not a personality type. It is a practice — and the FAAFs exist to make that practice visible.  At Leaderology, we believe authentic leadership moves through four movements: Root (leading from your values under pressure), Risk (creating the psychological safety your team needs to do their best work), Rise (multiplying your impact by developing the leaders around you), and Renew (evaluating, adapting, and evolving continuously). These are the four movements of the Fearlessly Authentic OS — the framework that powers every Leaderology program and coaching engagement.  FAAF honorees are recognized precisely because their leadership embodies one or more of these movements. Not in theory. In practice. In real organizations, with real results, in front of real people who nominated them because they saw the difference it made.  When you read their stories below, you will see what fearlessly authentic leadership looks like when it gets off the whiteboard and into the world.
